Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new sales leads through outbound calling and digital prospecting.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using our CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new CRM software quickly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional team events (if applicable).
