- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify leads to determine their specific business needs and pain points.
- Present product demos and value propositions to potential customers to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Log all interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and target high-value demographics.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
