Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations via Zoom and phone.
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Track all interactions and activities within the CRM system accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote call handling.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
