Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Close new business deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driverβs License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
