Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Consult with customers to identify their specific needs and present tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or retail is highly preferred but not required for the right candidate.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
