Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Manage CRM pipeline and provide weekly performance insights
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively address client needs
- Partner with sales engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales automation tools
