As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand for our evening and late-night clientele. Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to identify their needs and propose appropriate sales solutions.
- Close new business deals by accurately qualifying leads and negotiating terms of the contract.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional follow-up and relationship management.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track progress, update client records, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger for hitting targets and earning commissions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
