Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your assigned territory in Virginia.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate our premium services and value proposition.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid Driverβs License and a clean driving record (required for territory travel).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-discipline and motivation.
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
