Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Present our products and services with confidence, highlighting value propositions and closing deals.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline to ensure consistent activity and meeting of targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the night shift management team to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales data within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with strangers.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- Proficient with computer systems and the ability to learn CRM software quickly.
- Must reside within or be willing to commute to El Paso, Texas.
