Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury retail or high-value sales environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (minimum $200K annually)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-location coverage
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
