Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Actively participate in merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
