Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and targeted email campaigns to enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ call efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to qualify inbound leads and optimize sales funnel
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track KPIs, and forecast pipeline
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Present product demos to C-level decision-makers via virtual platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to close complex deals in $10K - $50K range
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in uncapped commission environments
- Proficiency in objection handling and consultative selling methodologies
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
