Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and initiate outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and services to prospective clients, effectively addressing their pain points.
- Close sales and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and update customer records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing environments.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (varies between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for uncapped commission earnings.
