Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Attend weekly sales training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years sales experience (internships welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel within Philadelphia and Ohio territories
