Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present products and services tailored to meet client needs, effectively overcoming objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and account management.
- Track and report on sales activities, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proven self-motivation and discipline to work independently without micromanagement.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
