Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close new business deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize local territory performance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or telecommunications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
