Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Close Deals: Engage with prospects, identify needs, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to refine processes and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (graveyard hours).
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and maintain high energy levels late at night.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong desire to earn uncapped income through commission-based performance.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
