Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital prospecting
- Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and needs analysis
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across Florida and Illinois territories
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client objections effectively
- Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits in Illinois
- College degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
