Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute outbound campaigns via phone and email to identify and qualify potential leads in the SaaS market.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and demos to prospective clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and contracts, guiding prospects through the sales funnel to close deals and achieve quarterly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking all interactions and pipeline progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management (tech industry experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-heavy environment.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently and manage time effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
