Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our value proposition effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
