Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during night shift hours, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Drive sales through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance during overnight hours
- Collaborate with night crew to restock inventory and manage backroom operations
- Monitor security protocols and ensure store safety during overnight operations
- Contribute to achieving nightly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
