Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships and present product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 PM MST)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of hitting targets
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable internet connection
