Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet client needs and close deals.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, retail, or customer service environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a 'hustle' mentality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
