Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal product display standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain POS system proficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in retail or B2B environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (if applicable)
