Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clearly communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM software and point-of-sale systems.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local events and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Colorado Springs area for client meetings.
