Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to 15-20 qualified prospects daily via virtual demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, maintaining accurate CRM data and activity logs
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generation
- Participate in weekly sales training and role-playing sessions
- Document client interactions and prepare customized proposals
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships or campus recruiting welcome)
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales certification (preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with persuasive ability
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- High comfort level with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement orientation
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
