Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure customer retention.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all interactions and sales activities into our CRM system for pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or account management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales automation tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
