Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns on weekends.
- Engage with potential clients via phone and email to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Qualify leads, schedule demos, and manage the sales pipeline within our CRM.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets to unlock performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional phone voice.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
