Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients and overcome objections with consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns for Nashville businesses
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly strategy sessions to align on sales goals
- Participate in continuous product training to maintain expertise on industry solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
