Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs and pain points
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals and managing sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer needs and present solutions
- Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments highly desirable
