What You Will Do:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the San Diego territory.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track sales activities and forecast pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales experience (B2B or SaaS preferred).
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Resident of the San Diego area preferred.
