Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Utilize provided leads and outbound calling strategies to identify new business opportunities within your territory.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations to demonstrate product value and address client needs.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Motivation: Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to achieve personal and team-based financial goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required (we offer comprehensive training).
- Availability: Ability to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends as required by client needs.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local client visits.
