Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming leads and outbound prospecting calls during weekend shifts.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a productive sales pipeline.
- Present product demos and service offerings to prospective clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Close sales and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekend support team to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (e.g., Friday through Sunday) with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
