Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research within the Charlotte metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close new business deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate reporting using CRM software.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for regional travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for earning potential through commission.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
