Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in daily team meetings and share best practices
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
