Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing sales floor displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
