Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across assigned territories, focusing on enterprise-level solutions
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to maintain accurate client records and track sales metrics
- Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and product specifications
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
- Generate detailed sales reports and contribute to pipeline forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling techniques
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in B2B sales within SaaS or technology industry highly preferred
