Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
