Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify leads via phone and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential customers.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with clients and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve monthly quotas.
- Follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work the required night shift schedule consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
