Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales productivity tools
