Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to enterprise clients
- Present and demo our SaaS solutions to C-level executives across multiple industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to product development
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in daily sales reporting dashboard
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with enterprise SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience demoing complex software solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with same-day decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with daily payroll systems or gig economy compensation models preferred
