Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door prospecting in the Indianapolis area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to understand their specific needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and territory plans.
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay motivated.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of self-motivation and goal achievement (experience in sales is a plus but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for field visits.
