Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping assistance
- Drive sales growth by achieving/exceeding daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Operate POS systems, process transactions accurately, and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including stock rotation, display updates, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and maintain optimal customer flow
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty program engagement
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on features, benefits, and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach to resolving issues
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for store visits and events)
