What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
