Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients across Northern California
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads and optimize sales strategies
- Represent company at industry events and networking functions to expand market presence
- Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to sales leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years proven outside sales experience with demonstrable revenue growth
- Strong background in B2B sales cycles and value-based selling methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily client visits
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
