Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- Analyze customer needs to tailor compelling value propositions
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in remote, self-directed work environments
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Comfortable working night shift (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
