Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and document all sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (0-2 years experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
