Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present our services to new and existing customers to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using our CRM software.
- Communicate product features and value propositions to overcome objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
- Record accurate customer interactions and update account details.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
