Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Conduct market research and identify high-potential leads to expand our client base in the Charlotte and Memphis markets.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to schedule appointments.
- Consultative Selling: Present product solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating value and overcoming objections effectively.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred; however, recent graduates with a strong drive and work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Dedication: A hunger for success and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required for client meetings.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area or Memphis, TN area.
