Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Close sales over the phone and email, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress and update client data.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
